Verizon Business #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Small Business Internet Service | Press Release
NEW YORK – Small businesses run on connectivity: More than half of small businesses added or upgraded your business internet service in the past year in a recent Verizon Business survey. That’s why small business owners need their business internet experience to be seamless, and based on six key factors (performance and reliability; cost of service; communications; billing; digital account management; and customer service), they named Verizon Business Small Business Internet #1 in customer satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Business Internet Satisfaction Study.
This achievement, based on responses from more than 1,735 U.S. small businesses, defined as companies with 1 to 19 employees, underscores Verizon Business’ commitment to the customer experience.
