As a modular platform, UnzerOne integrates sales, payments and product data into a cohesive system, enabling merchants to manage operations more efficiently.
From inventory to order tracking to understanding customer preferences through a dashboard, merchants can save time and money, while customers can enjoy a more seamless shopping experience, regardless of their purchasing and payment methods.
“Once a lot of work has been completed internally as well,” Niv adds, “to streamline operations, automate processes, reduce technical installation costs and lower operating expenses, laying the foundation for continued efficiency and effectiveness.”
An ecosystem transition
“Despite progress, challenges remain,” Niv notes. “Attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market is critical, as tech people with a payments background are highly sought after.
“Additionally, it is essential for us to migrate existing merchants to the new UnzerOne platform. Unzer addresses these challenges by prioritizing migrations without causing disruption to merchants.”
In the coming months and years, Unzer plans to expand its technology infrastructure, as well as its products and services. This strategic expansion includes specialized software for both physical point-of-sale transactions and e-commerce solutions.
