TBC Bank Uzbekistan Gets $38.2M Equity Investment

TBC Bank Uzbekistan has received a significant equity investment of $38.2 million from several international financial institutions. This investment, led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), aims to strengthen TBC Bank’s growth and improve financial inclusion in Uzbekistan.

The funds will be used to expand the bank’s digital banking services, improve its technological infrastructure and extend its reach to underserved populations, thus contributing to the overall development of the financial sector in Uzbekistan.
