PayPal Appoints Enrique Lores as New Independent Chairman of Board of Directors – FF News
Payment via PayPal appointment Enrique Lores has been appointed as the new independent Chairman of the Board of Directors. He succeeds John Donahoe, who is retiring from PayPal’s Board of Directors after serving as Chairman of the Board since 2015. Lores, Chairman and CEO of HP Inc., has served on the Board of Directors since June 2021.
“Enrique’s deep expertise in consumer and enterprise technology has been invaluable to PayPal, and I know his experience in leading and transforming HP into an industry disruptor will continue to serve the Board and the company well in his new role as Chairman of the Board,” said Alex Chriss, President and CEO of PayPal. “I would also like to thank John for his incredible contributions to PayPal as Chairman of the Board. John’s strategic direction and consistent leadership over the past nine years have strengthened the foundation of our company as a leader in digital commerce.”
