Manulife Investment Management Returns to Cboe Canada to Launch New Yield-Focused ETFs
TORONTO, June 4, 2024–(BUSINESS FEED)–Today, Cboe Canada Inc. (“Cboe Canada”) is pleased to welcome back Manulife Investment Management as it launches two performance-focused ETFs, which will trade on the Cboe Canada Stock Exchange under the symbols CYLADES And UYLD.
The new funds are designed to provide consistent income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in dividend-paying securities and associated derivative instruments selected using a proprietary dividend screen. The Manulife Smart Enhanced Yield ETF (CYLADES) invests in Canadian securities, while the Manulife Smart US Enhanced Yield ETF invests in securities listed in the United States and is offered in hedged securities (UYLD), not covered (UYLD.B) and USD shares (UYLD.U).

CYLD and UYLD join two Manulife ETF already traded on Cboe Canada. Investors can trade units of all Manulife Investment Management ETFs through their usual investment channels, including discount brokerage platforms and full-service brokers.
