Scottish commercial property company HFD has appointed Lisa Gribben as director of property management to support the operation and growth of its serviced office portfolio.

Previously, Gribben was a partner at commercial property consultancy Knight Frank, which covers the whole of Scotland, and has more than two decades of experience in property management. In her new role at HFD, she will support the property division of the business in providing high-quality occupier services to clients across the central belt.

Gribben’s appointment follows the launch of HFD’s new serviced office concept, Ospa, in February. The first-of-its-kind offer in Scotland offers occupiers flexible, all-inclusive office space without the hidden fees normally associated with similar services.

The portfolio includes 180,297 square feet across four buildings at Strathclyde Business Park and 37,000 square feet at Hamilton International Park. More than 300 businesses operate from HFD-serviced properties across both locations, supporting a community of more than 6,000 professionals with sustainability and wellbeing at the heart of the offering to occupiers.

HFD also manages offices at 177 Bothwell Street in Glasgow city center, as well as the Aurora building at 120 Bothwell Street, which is due for completion later this year.

Ms Gribben said: “HFD is a highly respected property company and, particularly in recent years, has become synonymous with providing high quality, sustainable office space across Scotland.

“I look forward to meeting our occupiers across the portfolio and will work closely with the facilities team to ensure they receive the best possible standard of service.”

Rosemary Hilldirector of HFD services, added: “Lisa is a great addition and has significant experience in property management that will add to the experience we already have on the team.

“It arrives at an exciting time after the launch of Ospa which, with greater emphasis on quality and flexibility, has already been well received by the market.

“She will support us in developing the new service, whilst maintaining our track record with existing occupiers – some of whom have been based in HFD properties for decades.”
