GE Power India chief financial officer resigns, Energy News, ET EnergyWorld
New Delhi: GE Power India on Monday said its full-time director and CFO Yogesh Gupta resigned from his position. His resignation takes effect in July 2023, the company said in a document sent to the stock exchange.
“O Frame in its meeting held today… took note of the resignation of Yogesh Gupta from the post of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from the close of business hours on July 23, 2024,” it said.
The appointed board Aashish Ghai as additional director and full-time Director with effect from 22 July 2024 for a term of three years, subject to member approval.
Ghai has also been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer effective July 24, 2024.
GE Power India Limited operations include engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and maintenance of power plants and power equipment.
