Capital Group launches 7 new active ETFs
American Funds’ latest offerings include four equity baskets and three fixed income baskets.
Capital Group has launched seven new active and transparent exchange-traded funds in equity and fixed income, expanding its existing portfolio offering.
Four equity ETFs and three fixed income ETFs make up the new strategies, which began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) last week.
Capital Group, which houses American Funds, has launched 21 ETFs with $29 billion in assets under management in the past two years.
The seven new funds:
- Capital Group Global Equity ETF (CGGE), with an expense ratio of 0.47%.
- Capital Group New Geography Equity ETF (CGNG), with an expense ratio of 0.64%.
- Capital Group Conservative Equity ETF (CGCV), with an expense ratio of 0.33%.
- Capital Group International Core Equity ETF (CGIC), with an expense ratio of 0.54%.
- Capital Group Ultra Short Income ETF (CGUI), with an expense ratio of 0.18%.
- Capital Group International Bond ETF (USD-Hedged) (CGIB), with an expense ratio of 0.45%.
- Capital Group Municipal High-Income Bond ETF (CGHM), with an expense ratio of 0.34%.
