Billie: First B2B BNPL on Stripe’s European Platform
Business-to-business (B2B) payments provider Billie has integrated with Stripe, making its B2B Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services available on the Stripe platform in Europe.
This new service is the first of its kind available on Stripe’s European platform.
Billie’s integration with Stripe means that online stores and marketplaces operating on the Stripe platform can now offer Billie’s B2B BNPL payment method to their business customers.
The B2B fintech says its integration with Stripe is seamless and that activating Billie’s services can be done in a few simple steps.
Billie: Achieving Growth Through Stripe Integration
Having their services available on the market-leading fintech platform is a great opportunity for Billie, who can now put their services in the hands of more companies.
Billie is already available on Stripe in major European countries such as Germany, France and the Netherlands, where online stores and marketplaces will be able to test the payment solution.
Later this year, any business using Stripe’s financial infrastructure platform will be able to easily offer Billie’s BNPL payment method to their business customers.
Exploring Billie’s B2B BNPL Solution
Billie’s BNPL payment solution for businesses allows its corporate customers to make purchases and defer payments for up to 30 days.
At the same time, merchants receiving payments will not experience any delay in receiving their funds, meaning that Billie’s tool does not impact cash flow for either merchants or corporate buyers.
This is achieved through real-time buyer approval at checkout, while also providing merchants with protection from the risks of default and fraud.
Stripe’s B2B customers can now offer their business customers flexible payment terms, while eliminating credit risk and administrative burden from collection and collections processes.
Stripe’s commitment to the partnership underscores its promise to provide customers with seamless access to the latest payments innovations.
