US bank Wells Fargo fired several employees after allegations that they were faking keyboard activities to make the company think they were working when they were not.
It was not revealed how the issue was discovered or whether it was related to people working from home, BBC News reports.
Wells Fargo said the staff was fired or resigned “after review of allegations involving simulated keyboard activity, creating the appearance of active work.”
